Long-term reserve
60,000,000 KOUSD
Retain until useful services and a release plan exist.
OPERATIONS / V1.1 DRAFT
A practical launch model for MarbleRace: a free preview first, useful game services next, and independent exchange only when a viable route exists.
Version 1.1, 9 October 2026. The rules and allocations below are proposed operating parameters. No funds are collected, no tokens are distributed, and no lock-up or service agreement is activated by publishing this page.
THREE STEPS / ONE CLEAR DIRECTION
The proposed revenue comes from delivered game content: optional cosmetic bundles, additional tracks, and season access. The free experience should remain useful. Purchases should describe the benefit, duration, supported devices, full price, and refund rules before payment.
No product, sale, or payment checkout is available on this website yet. Payment methods depend on the operator and permitted service route; calling a token a game token does not by itself authorise its circulation or use.
100,000,000 KOUSD / PROPOSED USE
60,000,000 KOUSD
Retain until useful services and a release plan exist.
20,000,000 KOUSD
Release in small batches for verified contributions.
15,000,000 KOUSD
Use against published budgets and recorded transfers.
5,000,000 KOUSD
Token allocation only; matching assets and a permitted route are still required.
These are accounting categories, not separate on-chain wallets, circulating supply, an executed allocation, or an enforced lock. The deployed contract has no vesting feature. The issuer retains transfer control; operational release policies do not prevent an on-chain transfer.
These are initial pilot caps, not a promise to release the entire reward category. Review them quarterly against verified users, service delivery, network costs, and available operating funds. Publish any revised campaign budget before accepting new participation.
0.1 USDT remains a target initial market quote only. It is not a guaranteed market floor, a game-credit conversion rate, or a cash-out obligation. Keep the market price separate from a game service’s published price.
A future token checkout should show the exact KOUSD amount, fees, quote expiry, and deliverable before signing. If there is no credible executable quote, do not manufacture a USDT equivalent or accept a token order that cannot be priced reliably.
The 5% liquidity category supplies tokens, not USDT or TRX reserves. Any funded pair needs additional matching assets. The initial 100 USDT budget does not support redeeming the entire supply at 0.1 USDT.
The project owner reports an existing Singapore company named Marble Race Pet.ltd. The name is reproduced exactly as supplied. Precise registry spelling, registration number, and registered address remain to be supplied and verified. No new incorporation is assumed in this plan.
Singapore’s digital token service provider regime distinguishes utility/governance-only tokens from digital payment tokens and capital-markets tokens. Services solely to overseas customers involving the latter categories face a high licensing bar. KOUSD’s proposed transfer, trading, and exchange features need assessment; a stated game purpose does not establish its regulatory classification.
MAS official scope clarificationKeep the first stage as a free game preview. Commercial token functions and any exchange referral or integration remain pending assessment of the actual activity. An independent provider does not automatically remove the game operator’s obligations. Global website access does not mean all services are available in every country. Actual management location and user regions also matter.
Illustrative allocation of a remaining 100 USDT pilot budget; previously paid deployment, domain, and other costs are excluded. Reduce the available ceiling by any unpaid or already committed costs. Use free hosting allowances where available. Network-resource costs vary and should be checked before each transaction; there is no automatic spending.
No initial budget is assigned to a trading pool, broad paid acquisition, guaranteed redemption, or an audit that has not been funded. This ceiling covers a small validation exercise, not a complete global commercial launch.
