SERVICE RULES / V1.1 DRAFT
Clear rules before a purchase.
Proposed rules for future game purchases, contribution rewards, and independent asset exchange. These services are not offered by the current website.
Version 1.1, 9 October 2026. The rules and allocations below are proposed operating parameters. No funds are collected, no tokens are distributed, and no lock-up or service agreement is activated by publishing this page.
Scope, identity and effective date
These are draft operating rules, not currently effective purchase or redemption terms. No acceptance button or checkout is offered. The owner reports an existing Singapore company named Marble Race Pet.ltd; its exact registered spelling, number, and address remain to be confirmed. Before launch, publish the actual operator’s confirmed details, service regions, effective date, governing law, and dispute process.
The proposed paid and token pilot is for adults aged 18 or above in supported regions. The free informational demo remains available without an account. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any final project rule.
Game purchases and fulfilment
- Sell identified game benefits, not an unspecified investment balance. Show content, duration, restrictions, device compatibility, full price, and the applicable rules version before payment.
- For an authorised future KOUSD checkout, bind each order to this exact TRON mainnet contract, a unique order ID, destination, amount, expiry, and fee disclosure. Re-check network and destination before signing.
- Grant a benefit only after the backend verifies successful and sufficiently confirmed payment. A screenshot, wallet pop-up, or unconfirmed transaction is not proof of receipt. Duplicate callbacks and transaction IDs must not grant a benefit twice.
- Expired quotes, underpayments, overpayments, duplicate payments, and unidentified transfers go to an exception review, with the order and transaction recorded. Support cannot request a seed phrase or private key.
Refunds and errors
Proposed support target: acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days and provide a resolution or progress update within 7 business days. These targets apply only if adopted at launch; this draft does not guarantee an on-chain arrival time.
- A paid but undelivered, duplicate, or materially defective purchase should be reviewed for correction or refund. Used digital benefits follow the final product rules and mandatory law; do not impose a blanket exclusion of all refunds.
- Where a KOUSD refund is legally available, return the eligible original token amount in KOUSD, not a promised USDT value. Disclose any permitted deduction first; the project should bear fees for its own error. Confirm ownership and the safe destination before refunding.
- A wrong-chain or wrong-contract transfer may not be technically recoverable. Investigate the actual transaction before promising recovery. Late payments and exceptions must remain traceable and receive a support decision.
Contribution rewards
Each future campaign should publish qualifying tasks, review criteria, campaign dates, the 1,000 KOUSD monthly programme cap, the 20 KOUSD per-account monthly cap, and payout timing before entry. Accepted tasks are proposed at 1–5 KOUSD each. Exhausted budgets stop new entries; already accepted claims remain recorded and must be resolved under the published rules.
Use one verified person/account claim path, deduplicate task and transaction records, and provide an appeal route for rejected contributions. Do not pay for wash trading, fake volume, buying the token, recruiting paying users, or a paid random-prize race. Suspending future participation must not pretend to freeze tokens already in a personal wallet.
Game points and KOUSD are distinct. Points do not create a right to token conversion. No token reward is earned by running the current animation demo.
USDT / TRX exchange and withdrawals
The selected design is an independent-provider route, subject to availability and authorisation. The project does not currently operate a token exchange desk, custody user funds, or offer fixed-price redemption. Users should interact with a supported provider from their own wallets only after verifying the exact contract and available pair.
The provider must disclose the route, actual rate, price impact, fees, minimum and maximum amount, quote expiry, and expected settlement before a swap. Its own identity requirements, regional restrictions, withdrawal rules, and dispute terms apply. Without a verified supported route and sufficient liquidity, the website must show exchange as unavailable.
Returning KOUSD to an issuer address is not a cash-out request and does not create a right to receive USDT or TRX. A game order refund is separate from a market swap.
Inventory, market information and policy changes
The 60% / 20% / 15% / 5% allocation is a proposed use ledger for the existing supply. It does not show current circulating supply or actual wallet separation, and the deployed contract imposes no lock. Publishing an operating-wallet limit does not transfer or lock tokens.
Any available market quote should identify its source and timestamp. 0.1 USDT is only the target initial market quote. KOUSD is not Tether USDT; supply and indicative valuation are not reserves or redeemable funds.
Proposed ordinary rule changes should be announced at least 7 days before taking effect and should not retroactively remove accepted order or reward rights. Security incidents may suspend new orders while preserving the resolution path for existing ones. The final operator and mandatory law determine the enforceable terms.
Account data, support and launch readiness
The current site privacy policy covers only the informational site and local demo. Before an account or token service launches, publish its actual data fields, purposes, processors, retention periods, user-rights process, and any required identity checks. Collect only what that actual service needs; do not claim that KYC or account storage already exists.
Public project contact: support@marblerace.net. Final legal identity, jurisdiction, permitted service regions, and a functioning order/support system remain prerequisites. This draft is available for review and does not make these services live.
